One plan: $9.90 a month, no quota on applications. Hackly earns most when you get an interview, so it is built to get you one.
The short version. $9.90 a month. When a real person at a company invites you to an interview, a fee of 0.1% of the job's yearly pay at most employers, 0.15% at highly competitive ones and 0.2% at the most competitive ones, once per job. Online tests are free at most employers. No interview, no fee.

An interview fee is charged once per job, however many rounds follow. When a job does not state its pay, Hackly uses $40,000 a year. The list of employers at each rate is public: employer rates.
How an interview is confirmed
Hackly reads the employer's email. A fee is charged only for an invitation from a real person at the company to talk to you, by phone, video call or in person. Automated messages, recorded video screens and rejections never count. If you think a fee was charged for something that was not a real interview, tell us and a person reviews it for a refund.
The 90-day guarantee
No test in 90 days? A specialist checks your applications by hand and works out the best next step with you. It starts with your first application, one call per person. We cannot promise interviews or offers, and we do not claim to.
Why this model
Most auto-apply tools charge for volume: a quota of applications or a pack of credits, paid whether anything comes back. That rewards sending more. Hackly's fee comes mainly from interviews, so the incentive is to send fewer, better applications to roles where you have a real chance.
Questions
Is there a limit on how many applications Hackly sends?
There is no quota. Hackly sends as many applications as there are well-matched roles; it does not pad the count with jobs you are unlikely to get.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, Hackly deletes your CV, profile, answers, messages and application records. Payment records stay because the law requires them, and applications already sent are with the employer.
How is payment handled?
By Stripe. Hackly never sees or stores your card number.
Do I pay for an online assessment or a recorded video interview?
No. Recorded video interviews and assessments are free. Online tests are free too, except at listed employers, where a test is 0.01% of the yearly pay, added to the next monthly bill.
