About Hackly
The short version. Tell Hackly what you want. It finds the jobs, writes each application and applies. You go to the interviews.
What it does
- Plans your search. You tell it what you want in the chat on hackly.me, or on Telegram. No CV, target role or sign-up needed to start.
- Finds the roles that suit you on job boards and company career pages, and explains what each one involves.
- Writes each application. A tailored CV, a brief and the answers, using only true facts from your profile. If it is not sure, it asks you.
- Applies on any site. Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or a company's own careers page: if a person can apply there, Hackly can. It makes the portal account, signs in, reads the email code from its own inbox and gets past CAPTCHAs. You review every application first, or let it run on the types you approved. Companies you protect always wait for your yes.
- Aims every application at an interview. It applies only where you have a real chance (a visa that fits, the right level, a strong match), and replies show it where to look next.
How Hackly is different
Where other tools stop, Hackly keeps going. Most auto-apply tools handle Easy Apply and short forms; many of the best jobs sit behind a Workday account, an email code or a CAPTCHA, and that is where they stop, and you pay either way. Hackly is paid only when you land an interview, so it keeps going until you do.
- ChatGPT writes a CV or a letter; you find the jobs, paste, fill in each form and send.
- Auto-apply tools mostly handle Easy Apply and short forms, up to a quota, and stop at a portal login, an email code or a CAPTCHA.
- Your own agent (for example built with Claude Code) needs building and watching, and stops at the unexpected.
- Hackly plans its own search, applies on any site (Workday, Greenhouse, a company's own careers page), account, sign-in and email code included, with a new CV for every job, and learns from its own application data on over 100 candidates. On average, candidates got 8 real person interviews in the first 2 weeks; 5.7% of sales and commercial applications got an interview, against a typical 3%, and 1 in 7 at startups.
What it costs
$9.90 a month. Then, when a real person invites you to an interview, a share of the job's yearly pay: 0.1% at most employers, and 0.15% or 0.2% at the most competitive ones (the list), once per job. Online tests are free, except at listed employers (0.01%, added to your next monthly bill). Recorded video interviews, assessments, auto-replies and rejections are free.
