Hackly vs LazyApply
LazyApply is built for volume: up to 1,500 applications a day through job platforms. Hackly is built for interviews: fewer applications, each written for the job and sent on the employer's own site.

Volume or fit
Sending 1,500 applications a day is possible because each one is the same few resumes sent to many jobs. Employers screen for fit, so untailored volume tends to bring a low reply rate, and an application to a role you cannot take (wrong level, no visa sponsorship) wastes a chance at that employer. Hackly checks eligibility first, writes a CV for each job, and applies where you have a real chance. On its own records, 4.4% of its applications were answered with a test or interview, against a typical 3% (method).
