Hackly vs AIApply
AIApply is a suite of job-search writing tools with Auto Apply sold as credits. Hackly is a single agent that finds, writes and applies on the employer's own site, and is paid mainly when you get an interview.
We make Hackly. Facts about AIApply are from aiapply.co and its pricing page on 14 October 2026; where its site does not say, we write "not stated". Corrections: support@hackly.me.

The real difference: what you pay for
With credits, every application costs the same whether or not anyone replies, so the product is rewarded for sending more. Hackly's monthly price is flat and its fee comes from interviews, so it is rewarded for sending the applications that get answers. That is why it screens out roles you are unlikely to get before it writes anything.
Where the application goes
Many strong jobs sit behind an employer portal, often Workday, that wants an account per employer and an email verification code. Hackly handles both on its own with a dedicated application address, then fills every page and records the confirmation. AIApply's website does not say which sites Auto Apply submits on, so ask before you buy credits.
When AIApply may suit you better
- You mainly want writing tools: a resume builder, cover letters and interview practice in one subscription.
- You prefer to buy a fixed number of applications up front.
When Hackly suits you better
- You want applications on the employer's own site, account and email code included.
- You want a new CV for every job, built only from true facts and checked before sending.
- You would rather pay for interviews than for volume, and see a method behind the numbers.
