  • Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • User-Provided Content: We collect the information you voluntarily provide to personalize your experience, such as your "About Me" text and the contents of your resume (CV).
  • Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions with the service, such as which features you use and the number of queries you make, to improve our product.
  • Audio and Transcript Data: When you use the core interview assistant feature, your audio is streamed to our servers for real-time transcription. We do not store audio recordings or full transcripts from your interviews after the session ends. All processing is transient.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process your subscription payments.
  • To personalize your AI-generated suggestions based on your profile and resume.
  • To communicate with you about your account and updates to our service.
  • To monitor usage and prevent fraudulent activity.

  • Authentication & Backend: With Supabase, to manage user accounts and our database.
  • Payment Processing: With Stripe, to handle subscriptions.
  • AI & Transcription Services: With our AI model providers to perform transcription and generate suggestions. We use industry-standard providers and do not permit them to use your data to train their models.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we strive to protect your personal information. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as required by applicable law. Your audio data is not retained post-session.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of your information through your account dashboard. For account deletion requests, please use the function in your "Security" settings or contact us directly.
